Officials recommend using online voter registration as primary deadline approaches: Harrisburg, PA – Acting Secretary of State Robert Torres today reminded Pennsylvanians that Monday, April 16, is the deadline to register to vote in the May primary election. He added that Online Voter Registration (OVR) makes the process easier than ever before.
