Telephone Fiasco in West Springfield, PA: Bonnie Howland a West Springfield resident, says after the snow storm two weeks ago she was left without electricity and phone service. The town was without electricity for 48 hours but Penelec eventually got it restored. However, Bonnie says Windstream has not been as accommodating and to complicate things even further she is the West Springfield Tax Collector.
