Virtual Visitation allows loved ones to see inmates without stepping into a jail/prison: The PA Department of Corrections is using technology to bring loved ones together.  Erie is one of three sites in Pennsylvania offering a private, comfortable place for individuals to visit loved ones behind bars without stepping through a prison door.  It's like Skype for prisons.
