Redistricting Map Proposed to Governor Tom Wolf: The fight over gerrymandering moves to a new round in Pennsylvania.  At issue now is whether Governor Tom Wolf will approve the map or let the court drawn it's own.  Republican legislators beat the midnight deadline to submit a newly drawn map for congressional districts.
