Erie breaks snowfall record only about half way through the 2017-2018 winter season

Erie breaks snowfall record only about half way through the 2017-2018 winter season: This winter is officially the snowiest on record here in Erie with over 150.  The last snowfall record was set back in the 2000-2001 season with 149.  The second closest was the 2008-2009 season with 145, but this winter trumps them all about halfway through the season.
