Courthouse Cafe by Lisa opens in basement of County Courthouse: Today is the grand opening of the Courthouse Cafe by Lisa.  This comes after County Council approved the funds to set up a food vendor in the basement of the courthouse.  The owner, Lisa Heidelberg, is a local chef and caterer.  She says she's excited about this new opportunity.  'I couldn't be more fortunate.
