Variety Charity donates adaptive bikes and equipment to kids this holiday: Christmas came a few days early for one group of special kids at Saint Vincent Hospital.  That's because Variety's Holiday Express made a stop in Erie.  The children's charity donates adaptive bikes and other equipment so that kids with special needs can still be outside and active.
