Tom Ridge now in serious but stable condition

Tom Ridge now in serious but stable condition: UPDATE 6:09PM:  We just spoke to Steve Aaron, Governor Ridge's spokesperson.  He tells us that Dave, Tom's brother, meant that it is a serious situation, and Governer Ridge remains in critical condition at this time.  We will update as we learn more.
