Tom Ridge now in serious but stable condition: Former Pennsylvania Governor and US Homeland Security Secretary Governor Tom Ridge has been downgraded to serious, but stable condition according to Dave Ridge, Tom's brother.  This, following a procedure in Texas that left him in critical condition earlier today.  According to a spokesperson for the governor, Steve Aaron, this all was following a cardiac catheterization...
