Ridge reportedly awake and speaking after cardiac scare: According to Tom Ridge's brother, Erie Attorney David Ridge, Tom underwent a cardiac catheterization at Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas.  The 72-year-old was in Austin attending the Republican Governor's Association Conference when he reportedly became ill around 7am on Thursday.
