Part of Presque Isle to close for restoration

Part of Presque Isle to close for restoration: The colder temperatures are not slowing plans to restore a piece of history at Presque Isle State Park.  The plan is to take the next two days to work on the Erie Water Works Gear Tower which is located at the ferry slip.
