No tax increase in Erie County 2018 budget

No tax increase in Erie County 2018 budget: Erie County has a new budget for 2018 and it's not costing taxpayers anything extra.  The final vote will take place at the County Council Meeting.  Council deliberated for the last month and a half, ultimately passing a spending plan with no tax increases.
