Auditor finds DNC contract provisions have to change: Pennsylvania Auditor General Eugene DePasquale says that the Democrats were in line with the state contract in spending $10 million tax dollars in grants to bring the Democratic National Convention to Philadelphia but he says it's the contracts that have to change.
