Should lawmakers make it easier to conceal and carry from state to state?: Lawmakers on Capitol Hill want to make it easier for legal gun holders to carry weapons from one state to another.  If passed, the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act would expand recognition of concealed carry permits and licenses nationwide.
