Important training meeting scheduled for 2-1-1: United Way of the Titusville Region, Crawford County Human Services and PA 2-1-1 Northwest invite all non-profit organizations, churches, civic organizations and day cares to an important training meeting to discuss the implementation of the 2-1-1 in Crawford County.
