Officer Involved Shooting In Titusville

Officer Involved Shooting In Titusville: The Pennsylvania State Police, The Titusville Police and the Crawford County District Attorney's Office is investigating an officer involved shooting that took place early this morning. State Police report that they were attempting to take a felony suspect into custody when he refused police commands and was shot. He was transported to the hospital with what is described as non life threatening wounds.  The shooting happened at about 8 am this morning on North 2nd Street in Titusville....
