Catholic Diocese holds emergency relief collection this weekend: Bishop Lawrence Persico is asking that a collection be taken for the victims of Hurricane Harvey at Masses throughout the Roman Catholic Diocese of Erie this coming weekend, Sept. 2 and 3. Our brothers and sisters in the affected areas desperately need our prayerful and financial support.
