LECOM/Millcreek Hospital Tax Pilot: LECOM, Millcreek township, and the School Board have reached a 'Payments in Lieu of Taxes Agreement' in principal.  Millcreek Supervisor Brian McGrath says there are still minor details that still need to be included in the pilot agreement before they can take it to a vote.
