Edinboro Volunteer Fire Department expands to Washington Township: A local volunteer fire department breaks ground on a new project tonight.  The Edinboro Volunteer Fire Department has been working for several years to expand.  Tonight, they'll break ground on a new satellite location in Washington Township.
