Bridge Replacement Project Scheduled To Begin Monday: West county Drivers take note!... The bridge over Falk Run on Route 98 in Franklin Twp. is scheduled to be replaced and work is expected to begin tomorrow, Monday, July 31. The project is should be completed by late September. The bridge is north of the Franklin Twp Fire Station. The closure will be between Old State Road and Falls Road. Detours will be via Rt. 18 & Rt. 6. The bridge, built in 1922, accommodates about 3000 vehicles a day.
