Bomb scare at Erie County Courthouse today: A suspicious backpack creates a scare at the Erie County Courthouse.  Erie County Sheriff, John Loomis, says around 2:30pm, the deputies at the front entrance of the courthouse were told about an unattended package on the front lawn.
