Rib Festival to be held this week: Many see 'Erie's Wild Rib Cook-off & Music Festival' as the start to Erie's summer festivities.  This year's event is sure to start the summer off right with 10 bands, 8 rib teams, an award presentation, and a Kid's Zone to offer fun to everyone.
