8 Dead In Mississippi Shooting Spree: We are following a Breaking News Story out of Mississippi. 8 people, including a Sheriffs Deputy, are dead following a shooting spree. It happened late Saturday evening in 3 different locations in Bogue Chitto and Brookhaven Mississippi. The suspect is in custody and has allegedly confessed to the crimes, telling a local newspaper that he didn't intend to kill the deputy, that he ran out of bullets and was hoping for suicide by cop.
