Erie County Council votes to raise property taxes

Erie County Council votes to raise property taxes: Erie County Council has decided to raise taxes next year.    Monday night County Council voted 6 to 1 in favor of a  .25 mil  property tax increase for the 2017 budget.    This will equal about $25.00  for a $100 thousand dollar home.
